Your skills & experience would include:

eCRM & Marketing Automation Strategies
  • Creating Omnichannel strategy that includes, eCRM & Marketing Automation (email, web & app push notifications, retention, upsell, re-activation of defecting customers).
  • Maximizing the customer lifetime value, retention, response & conversion rates, average revenue per user.
  • Creating targeting, segmentation & personalization strategies.
Technology Acquisition
  • Choosing the right technologies to implement the strategies.
  • Overlooking the implementation of high-end technologies, systems, and marketing automation tools (CRM, E-mail marketing, Web and App push notifications, and personalization tools).
Implementation & reporting
  • Implementing, monitoring, and improving all created strategies (CRM, Marketing Automation & personalization).
  • Defining and optimizing key performance metrics and preparing relevant dashboards.
  • Define the organization's problem statement and work on implementing solutions accordingly.
Management & Leadership
  • Lead the CRM team & agency to ensure that the planning and execution of campaigns are seamless.
  • Manage CRM suppliers/agencies/tools to ensure optimum results.
