The Assistant Client Development Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the customer database in all boutiques. To work with Client Development Manager on improving the customer journey on multi touch point, providing insight, developing and shaping CRM programs to achieve recruit/retention target.
He/She will require to deliver regular reporting and design analysis studies to provide insights to Retail, Marketing and Communication teams on clients' behavior and spending patterns in order to feed functional action plans. Also, to support on all planning and execution on all events, and omnichannel projects localization and adaptation.
