Uber for Business is growing exponentially, and we are looking for a strong Business Development Representative to drive our business forward at this exciting time.

You'll work closely with the other BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Operations, etc, to increase Uber for Business revenue through acquiring private & public sector customers in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

We need a highly motivated self-starter, who thrives in a team environment and is a natural problem solver. Our suite of products has multiplied in recent years, so we're looking for an all rounder with the ability to sell holistically across an organisation with passion, poise and hustle.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
  • Be responsible for generating revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calls/emails)
  • Build territory plans based on geography, industry, size etc
  • Identify new business opportunities, prospect the right decision makers
  • You will be responsible for scheduling a Discovery Call to qualify the prospect in/out using BANT, and schedule a follow up call/meeting for the Account Executives
  • Meet or exceed all assigned activity and pipeline creation targets.
  • Bring an innovative approach to prospecting and acquisition, with a customer obsessed mindset
  • Work with the Account Executives and Sales Managers within your region to develop and iterate on a prioritization model, operational infrastructure, and internal tools and processes.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
  • 1-3 month of B2B sales/business development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to obtain the necessary information from the prospect, while also ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
  • 6-12 month of B2B sales/business development experience is highly preferred
  • A history of consistently exceeding KPIs and activity targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to obtain the necessary information from the prospect, while also ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation
  • To be resolute and excited about a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills, and ability to take initiative
