Responsibilities & Accountabilities

General Activities:
  • Work in conjunction with Marketing team from HQ to develop and execute group global marketing and communication strategies for the Asia Pacific region
  • Budget Management for the region, in retail, Wholesale - ATL/BTL
  • Responsible for media planning and buying (print/outdoor/digital/social media)
  • Oversee the production of all advertising materials as well as advertising material traffic handling for the Asia Pacific region
  • Deployment and implementations of events; seasonal press days, international press trips, exhibitions, store promotions etc.
  • Manage Trade & Retail activities for the Asia-Pacific region including (but not limited to): plan and execute retail support actions, promotional activities [GWP, VIP discounts, etc.]
  • Responsible for direct marketing & CRM loyalty program for consumers. To deploy regional CRM marketing programs and activities in conjunction with the annual marketing calendar.
Regional Activities :
  • Work with markets in developing and executing marketing / communication strategies for the following countries including (but not limited to): Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore & Taiwan
  • Ensure markets correct implementation of local marketing and communication activities as per ADL/ADAP seasonal directions, mutually agreed annual strategy/plans, and executed to ADAP's standards
  • Manage and consolidate regional budgets Asia Pacific markets ensuring they are consistent with annual marketing plans and actions.
  • Ensure timely market report plans, manage & maintain the countries communication reports
  • Work in close conjunction with markets & ADAP Retail & Logistics team to ensure all marketing/trade & retail orders are placed/received as per the HQ/ADAP direction & the market needs
  • To carry out ad hoc duties as directed by HQ Marketing team.
Requirements :
  • Holds a min. 3 years of experience as Marketing & Communications Manager in a regional luxury business role and ideally, with 10 years of relevant marketing experience from within the fashion industry
  • He or she will be an expert in 360 degree marketing with a solid understanding of the retail fashion realm
  • Team management experience
  • Experience in creating marketing & communication strategies
  • Budget management skills
  • Experience in negotiating media space with agency and publishers
  • CRM and loyalty knowledge is a must for this role
  • A track record integrating offline with online through ecommerce, web and social media
  • Agency management
  • A genuine understanding of PR and PR strategy with a solid fashion background
  • Passionate about working for a menswear luxury brand.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English are required.
