Here at Beach Haven Kauri Kids we have an opportunity for a knowledgeable and passionate leader to join our team of talented early childhood professionals. In this exciting and rewarding role, you will be responsible for the effective management of the day to day operations of the team and financial performance of the centre ensuring that a high standard of customer service is provided by all staff members whilst developing and supporting your team.
He kōrero mōu: About you
Naturally you'll be a supportive leader who enjoys coaching staff to their full potential. You will be passionate and committed to quality education ensuring that your team further develop their skills through embracing our philosophy of child led play. You will have excellent communication skills and will have the ability to build and maintain a relationship with a wide range of people from your local community. You will hold a New Zealand Bachelor or Diploma of Teaching ECE and be currently fully certified.

This role will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday with the centre being open between 8:45am and 3:30pm.

This role is deemed safety sensitive and in line with Auckland Council policy, you will be required to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. Also, in line with the Ministry of Health vaccination guidelines, this role will require that you provide proof of vaccination.
