An exciting opportunity exists to become a key part of our busy Service Team in Rotorua, as our new Service Advisor.
This role will see you managing customer requirements for service and repair, including, making bookings, loading the workshop to capacity, preparing and costing invoices; as well as all other duties to ensure our customers are receiving the highest standard of service.
To be successful, you will need:
- At least two years experience in a related role
- A passion for customer service
- Strong computer literacy
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills
