To assist the development and implementation of HR and Administration strategy including policies, procedures and plans to enable the achievement of organizational objectives. Provision of advice and support to staff on day-to-day HR activities. Contribute to the development of HR systems, processes, policies and procedures

Main job responsibilities:
  • Recruitment, (paperwork, contracts)
  • Administration of performance reviews
  • On boarding, induction and new entrant and leaver travel issues
  • Administer HR policies and procedures equitably and fairly.
  • Identify training and development opportunities
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures
  • Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
  • Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plan
