Team Overview and Job responsibilities

Prysmian Group Central America is looking for a Costs Specialist to support our finance team in Heredia Costa Rica. In this position you will be responsible for collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and economic indicators; perform analysis of financial, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance or Accounting
  • Up to 3 years of experience
  • MS Excel advanced: Pivot Tables
  • MS PowerPoint-PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience with large data sets
  • Able to communicate and make presentations to senior level leadership Strict attention to detail
  • Experience in cost accountant (Standard Cost)
  • Experience in inventory valuation (Average, FIFO)
  • Highly dynamic person accustomed to operational work
  • Languages: English (Prefer)
Preferred qualifications
  • Manufacturing Industry experience
  • SAP or Business Warehouse experience
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Microsoft Power Query, MS Analysis, Webi)
